Nothing screams summer quite like the Fourth of July. It's everything summer packed into one day and all of America is celebrating. Whether you're at the pool or the beach, with friends or family, we're all wearing red, white, and blue and celebrating Independence Day. Today on the blog, we're going to discuss cute and subtle ways to incorporate the classic themes of Independence Day into your wedding day!
Now, everyone spends the Fourth outdoors, so having your wedding in an outdoor setting is the perfect start to your Independence Day wedding! Now, onto decor - depending on your style, there are so many ways to incorporate red, white, and blue in a refreshing way. For instance, imagine a
white table runner and a large centerpiece consisting of all red roses.
Maybe something like that is too subtle for you? Try out a navy blue table cloth and pair it with red chairs!

You can also incorporate the the theme into your cake! If you're going all out with red and blue in your decor, an all white cake would perfectly compliment your decor choices. You can also try incorporating red and blue into your cake. There are so many ways to do this (if you don't believe me, just check out Pinterest) and one way is to top your cake off with red and blue berries. There are so many different berries in these colors and it fits the theme without screaming "It's Independence Day!". If you really want a cake that people will remember for the rest of their lives, incorporate sparklers into your cake. Yes, you read that right!

Bouquets are a fun way to add to your theme and there are a million different ways to put this together. Maybe you would prefer an all white bouquet and you can finish it off with a red or blue ribbon, or both! Freeform and cascading bouquets are increasingly popular bouquets and give a very dramatic effect. This bouquet featured is a cascading bouquet designed by our florist, featuring white lilies, red berries, blue and white orchids and blue hydrangea. Isn't it GORGEOUS!?

Now, there's no better way to finish a Fourth of July wedding than with a fireworks send off! It would be the perfect touch to end the night. Not only is it super cute and goes with the theme, but it makes for some AMAZING photos, just like in the picture below that one of our photographers Andrew captured!
