Wedding Highlights - Joan & Stephen 9/9/17

When you think of your wedding day, where are you? Are you in a church followed by a reception hall? Are you in a barn? On the beach? Under a tent in an open yard? Lately, more couples are leaning towards the later, a more nontraditional styled wedding. This is not a bad thing! In fact, we love them. Non-traditional style weddings create a unique and personalized element that might not be found in a more structured environment. Each couple is different, and that's a beautiful thing.

Congratulations, Stephen and Joan!

Just a few weeks before their September 9th, 2017 wedding at the

Mantoloking Yacht Club, Joan and Stephen realized that they needed a day of coordinator, and found NJ Wedding Pros! Right away, we began gathering details of their big day in order to create them a personalized itinerary. We also started contacting their vendors and rental companies, doing everything in our power to make sure their wedding day was going to run smoothly.

There is nothing we love more than being able to play an integral role in your wedding day. As day of coordinators, we make sure that all of your needs are met on your big day, so all you have to do is show up, say "I Do," and enjoy the rest of your night stress free—we take care of everything!

Upon arriving, guests were greeted by a unique welcome table. This nautical table featured two boat oars that guests could sign in sharpie, assorted jars with floating candles, a card crate and fun signage. The ceremony had a gorgeous view of the water, boats and Mantoloking Bridge. It was certainly a breathtaking site and the perfect backdrop to unite the couple in marriage.

Pictured above we have Joan and Stephen's Seating Card/Escort Table, and to the right, is a Memorial Table dedicated to loved ones with framed photos, candles, signs, and flowers. Every detail like these add a personal touch.

Joan and Stephen's reception took place inside of the yacht club, where the tables were decorated with low centerpieces with flowers. The natural light of the sun illuminated the inside of the yacht club, creating a delicate brightness that matched the feeling of the day. The ceremony site was converted to a dance floor, where guests were able to dance and enjoy music, including a band. Our couple also had musicians during cocktail hour!

We understand how difficult it is to put together a wedding, especially one in a nontraditional setting. That is why we love to help! Being able to assist a couple on one of the most important days of their life to ensure everything runs smoothly is why we are here. Our job is to make your day perfect.

At the end of the day, our couple and their guests had a great time, and we love seeing everything come together. We work so hard to perfect every detail for each of our couples, and it's always worth it to see the result!
