"He makes me melt like a popsicle on the 4th of July." - The Little Rascals
July 4th is coming up, and we are thinking of how you can incorporate red, white and blue into your wedding day. We celebrate the 4th of July to honor the United States of America becoming an independent nation, and of course, those three colors are the most symbolic. There are many easy ways to incorporate the 4th of July into your wedding. You do not have to have your wedding on the 4th of July to include elements of this important holiday!
Flowers
There are many ways to add red, white and blue flowers to your ceremony. Whether you want your own bouquet or your bridesmaids' bouquets adorned with red, white and blue flowers, you have many different options! These colors are sure to pop, especially against your white dress, or light bridesmaids dresses. Men in navy blue suits can also wear a red or white boutonnière.
Did you ever think about red, white and blue rose pedals for your flower girl?

Dresses and Suits
Your white gown is sure to be a stunner alongside red or navy bridesmaids' dresses. Navy tuxedos and red bow ties are also very popular right now!

Accessories
It's your day, and you should be adorned with gorgeous accessories, like your shoes, brooches, handbag, and more. You and/or your bridesmaids' accessories can either be completely red, white, or blue, or just include some element of those colors. Either way, you are sure to exude a sense of confidence and sexiness rocking your heels with a matching purse!

Flowers, tulle, and fabric are just some decor ideas that can easily be red, white or blue and make your ceremony look completely gorgeous. If you are worried about your wedding looking too "patriotic," don't - using these colors, as you can see, produce a breathtaking ambiance into any wedding ceremony.
We hope you love our red, white and blue color ideas! Remember, your wedding does not have to be on the 4th of July to incorporate these elements. Red, white and blue are gorgeous wedding colors for any time of year!
