Often, a bride and groom do not realize how valuable a day of coordinator is. While catering halls have maître d's, day of coordinators go above and beyond to make sure your wedding day is perfect, regardless if it is a traditional or nontraditional wedding.

Nontraditional weddings are weddings that do not take place in a traditional catering hall, like a ballroom, and this is where day of coordination is really a necessary service. Many brides enjoy taking the nontraditional route, having their ceremonies and/or receptions in a tent, on a farm, or even on the beach! As a day of coordinator for a nontraditional wedding, we act as maître d', ensuring that communication between the bride, groom, and all vendors is flawless no matter where you are.

We manage your entire wedding for you, so all you have to do is enjoy the day! From rentals like arches and tents, to servers, to plates and porta-potties (yes!), we have everything covered, even the small details that you might not be thinking of.

Maître d' or Day of Coordinator? How About Both!

Day of coordinators are much different than a maître d' at a catering hall. If you decide that you want a traditional wedding at a catered venue like a ballroom, you will still benefit from having a day of coordinator present. As a bride who knows exactly what she wants, your day of coordinator will ensure that every vision becomes a reality.

Day of coordination allows seamless communication from bride to vendors, making sure that everyone is on the same page, and ensuring that every single detail is just how you imagined. Your flowers, decorations, centerpieces, and other services are in our hands, so you do not have to stress one bit. However, if you are feeling a little bit overwhelmed and need a glass of wine or two, we will be happy to be of service then too!

We are here to help steer you in the right direction in every decision that has to be made, and want to make your wedding day magical.

- Ensuring the church and catering hall are set-up correctly.

- Creating itineraries for the day of and coordinating vendor arrivals.

- Making sure all details are met up until reception begins.

Starts at $499 plus gratuity

(Price depends on category of wedding and travel)

Full day coordination with two coordinators includes:

- Rehearsing wedding day details during the rehearsal.

- Assisting bride and bridal party.

- Ensuring the church and catering hall are set-up correctly.

- Creating itineraries from the start to the end of the day and coordinating all vendors.

- Providing basic set-up and making sure of all details for the entire day.

Starts at $1,199 plus gratuity
